MINID is a member of the Association of Dutch Designers. The BNO aims to serve the economic, social and cultural interests of its members. As a professional association, the BNO ensures that professional ethics are observed by its members.

An important argument why a client should choose to work together with a member of the BNO is that the client is guaranteed that the design company is conforming to the requirements of the BNO, concerning a professional business. Thereupon the design company has to fulfill a code of conduct with regards to the professional ethic for the use of clients and the loyalty to one's colleagues.

The Code of Practice for BNO frames clear agreements between the client and the Design Company/ designer.
